Aquatic Nuisance Species, GOCO and Falconry Regulations on Tap for Next Wildlife Commission Workshop

The Colorado Wildlife Commission will hear updates regarding the state’s Aquatic Nuisance Species program, Great Outdoors Colorado and review falconry regulations at its Dec. 10 workshop in Pueblo. The Workshop will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Pueblo Convention Center, 320 Central Main Street.

DOW Offers Grant Money for Shooting Range Improvements

The Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) is initiating a new grant program to provide funding for shooting ranges and shooting areas in Colorado. The goal of the grant program is to increase public recreational shooting opportunities for hunter education, marksmanship training, youth shooting opportunities and other recreational shooting throughout the state.
