The Colorado Wildlife Commission will hear updates regarding the state’s Aquatic Nuisance Species program, Great Outdoors Colorado and review falconry regulations at its Dec. 10 workshop in Pueblo. The Workshop will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Pueblo Convention Center, 320 Central Main Street.

With Thanksgiving fast approaching and Colorado’s pheasant and quail seasons now in full swing, upland bird hunters have plenty to be thankful for, especially pheasant hunters on Colorado’s Eastern Plains.

The Colorado Division of Wildlife is sponsoring a free “Fly Fishing 101″ program on Sat., Dec. 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lake Pueblo State Park.
