The Craig Deer Committee has held meetings with the Colorado Division of Wildlife to address the problems created by the estimated 300 deer living in the town of Craig.

Colorado anglers and small game hunters accustomed to purchasing new fishing licenses each January have until March to get a new license this year. Starting in 2009, Colorado fishing and small game licenses do not expire until March 31.
